Members of the public wishing to address the Board in-person can sign up the day of the meeting in Harris Hall (no prior scheduling is necessary). The doors to Harris Hall will be opened 15 minutes before the meeting begins and sign-up sheets will be available near the entrance. Those wishing to participate virtually can register for the Zoom meeting on the Lane County Board Agendas webpage. Virtual attendees will have their audio and video muted until asked to raise their “virtual” hand to be recognized to speak. Individuals will be given a specified amount of time for their comments. Online registration only allows for virtual participation and an in-person sign-up only allows for in-person participation. Public Comment: Members of the public wishing to address the Board of Commissioners may do so during the Public Comment session and can speak on any topic not scheduled for a public hearing at the same meeting. In-person sign-ups are accepted beginning 15 minutes before the meeting starts through the end of the Public Comment session.
